The food was incredible. The staff was the icing on the cake, making you feel like you were at home every step of the way. This resort goes above and beyond to make sure you have a nothing but great memories, right down to the small details. We couldn’t be happier with this choice. We've never been to a place like this. You are literally living in a castle. Our part/apartment was very spacious, on two floors (kind of), with everything you need: very nice bedroom, nice bathroom with cool view, and ridiculously big living+kitchen area. Really very nice, and takes you to another time and atmosphere. You don't sense the tourism, which I find very positive. Apart from the room, the surroundings are astounding. The breakfast area is very nice, especially when the weather is good and you sit outside. The place has a very nice swimming pool and relaxing area, which we briefly enjoyed. You really have to plan your stay so that you spend at least half a day in the castle and the area, to feel it and to recharge. Our host, Sara, was really nice and gives you all the details needed. Do ask her for advice on where to eat. She gave us 3 recommendations, we tried and enjoyed all of them! Did I mention that they have their own wine?

Nice spacious place, plenty of hot water with good water pressure for the showers. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook a couple dinners. Breakfast was typical Italian breakfast, with lots of varieties and was yummy. A car is necessary.

We had such a special time at Agriturismo I Ceppi. The property was absolutely stunning (we especially enjoyed the pool and our sunset view of the vineyards) and the apartment was spacious and charming. Enrico was a gracious and informative host; all of his recommendations were superb and we loved learning from him about farming in the Chianti region.

The property itself is amazing. But the best part is that it is family owned and run by people who love what they are doing. The guesthouse is part of winery and sheep cheese farming property. The views are of classic Tuscan olive groves and wine yards. The house itself is divided in comfy rustic style apartments but with modern facilities. The beds are very comfortable and each room has a fan. The showers were hot and and with great pressure. There is a winery tour and tasting included in the stay. I really recommend taking it as the wine and cheese are truly lovely and Katiuscia is an excellent tour guide. Also I would be remiss if I didn’t mention Sibilla’s run restaurant right next to the guesthouse with garden to table dinner. A must try when staying there!
