Very near the convention center, where the expo we attended was held. Also nearby is a mall with lots of restaurant/food options. We didn't get breakfast at the hotel so walked daily over to the nearby local coffee shop that served the traditional kaya toast and eggs breakfast for cheap.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff at reception and anywhere else you would meet them. The variety of food on the menu for breakfast was great. Something for everyone. I am not sure I would recommend this to friends as some maintenance needed to be attended to including tap over sink which was falling off. Too far away from main tourist places and MRT. So you needed a taxi everytime you went out. Very close to Bus stop if you know which one to take

The hotel is located a bit far from the city center, requiring a considerable walk to reach the metro. However, the surrounding area is pleasant with plenty of food options and numerous bus stops just 3 minutes away.
The hotel itself is extremely clean, with daily room service, which is truly excellent!
The biggest issue is the humidity, especially in rooms without windows. I got very sick due to this. It's better to choose a room with a window and on a higher floor.
The staff is nice and understanding. They helped me change my room, which I appreciated.
