Nice balcony view, perfect location. The room neat and clean. Delicious breakfast, very quiet and cosy surroundings. The train station and grocery store/resraurants are within easy reach, likewise the beach. Very comfortable place for visiting Cinque Terre by train while staying on budget though.

Check-in was easy enough. The hotel is part of a bar and restaurant so we were able to eat on site too.

Nice very close to (but not at) the beach. Very nice staff, very clean, good value for money.

We spent a perfect week at the Deiva Holidays. The communication with the hostess was great. The apartment is 3 minutes walk from the beach. It's big, clean and the kitchen is well equipped. The area is nice with a shop just around the corner. We also enjoyed the balcony a lot. We would definitely come back!

Very friendly and helpful landlady despite a language barrier. She lives in the building so is easily available for any needs and always replies very quickly. She also brought a beautiful bouquet of flowers on my sister's birthday which was so appreciated!!!
Excellent location both in the village for beach, gelato and train, and also location on the coast - close enough to Cinque Terre but without the cost or too busy with all the tourists,
The building does have a lift... But also nice enough stairs if that's more your cup of tea...
Functional kitchen for simple cooking needs.
The beds were comfy.
Included linens and towels and shampoo/body wash.
It is very hot in the summer and there is no shade on the beach, so if you don't want to pay for the overpriced sun beds and umbrellas on the beach, we left our lovely little parasol in the apartment! 😊
Situated in Deiva Marina in the Liguria Region, Casa Marcone boasts a barbecue and sun terrace. La Spezia is 28 km from the property. Free private parking is available on site.

Excellent experience!
We stayed there for a week in august, the family who owns the house were very welcoming and nice, they brought us home made pesto and Italian wine. The apartment is really comfortable, silent and cosy. We had all we needed and we are decided to come back soon!

Very nice small city.
Very nice small city. Perfect to stay 2-3 days maximum if you are at the hotel (don't know for camping). Food is good lot of sea food for sure but quite expensive to compare with Italian price.
People are friendly, very safe place with some animation during the evening (on concert and other night a fire eater in the street).

We stayed for a weekend (one night), wanting to stay for more. The staff was very friendly and educated, the room was good and comfortable and the breakfast also very pleasant. Very central and close to the beach, with parking available, which is very important considering the lack of parking spaces in the area.

Its very Italian with no concessions to other tastes ... a good thing. Not a lot going on at all but it will lively up enough in season . Sunshine always helps and we could have done with more to be honest . Could do with more restaurants but its only a wee place ... the hotel restaurant would be.very hard to beat/
Sara is a superstar really, she made the stay so easy and convenient was very helpful, gave many pamphlets on activities and recommendations, the daily cleaning and bed sheet change and fresh towels are such a bonus, the free shuttle bus runs almost all day long up till 23:00 or so so you can conveniently go to the train station to go to any of the Cinque Terre villages, there's a grocery store and a restaurant down the building which are so convenient if you want to eat a bit late or want a quick breakfast before you go tot he beach ...
Exceptionally clean, very responsive host, easy check in/out, gorgeous view of the sea and sunset. The studio had a queen bed and a twin bed in one room with the kitchenette and fabulous bathroom. Fine for close friends or a couple. It had everything we needed. NOTE: to get to Cinque Terre you will need to buy an extra train ticket each way, even if you buy the trekking pass. Very firm beds.
Deiva Marina is a perfect home base for a trip to Cinque Terre. It is a little remote, old fashioned and tranquil - and so is the Eden Hotel. I liked the old buidling. Rooms are perfectly clean, though furbished in an old fashioned way. The staff is friendly, helpful, supportive. Breakfast is Italian style and could be upgraded by fresh fruit and muesli.
Superb room, it is better than in the pictures! The view is stunning! Deiva Marina is one of the quite towns on the seaside, but it has lots of restaurants, a supermarket and marvellous walking seaside. Little treats in the room, like coffee, snacks, etc. were very nice. The check in and out is absolutely automatic, you pick up the keys with a code.
We stayed here for three nights and found it to be a comfortable and welcoming hotel. We had a room with a balcony which looked out on to the sea. It was quiet and very convenient for the train station. Particular praise for Laura, who served us breakfast each morning and helped us with our questions and gave us advice on where to visit.
The location was great, excellent access to the train station and walking distance to the Riviera beach. The beach has all the services, bathrooms, showers, beds with umbrellas and 2 bars where to eat and buy drinks.
Traditionnal house in old part of Deiva Marina, good maintenned, appartement with spacious bedrooms + living/kitchen space, only without barbecue (mentionned), private parking,15 min. walk to the nice free beach.
Hotel very clean and staff very friendly, the rooms are a good size.
The breakfast was plentiful and good
The private beach in front of the hotel very well organised with sun beds and umbrellas.
This is a fantastic hotel! Staff is very friendly, rooms are comfortable, bed is good quality, and location is absolutely fantastic! We would love to have an opportunity to come back!
Hotel has a good location, 15-20 min to closest Cinque Terre village. Rooms are clean and cozy. Beach and sea are amazing - we really loved it. Terrace area in the hotel is nice.
Family run hotel with lovely friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast very good and hotel was spotlessly clean. Great location to relax and visit cinque terre and surrounding area.
They welcomed us with home made pesto and focaccia! They picked us up from the train station and let us know when the buses were running. They were so sweet and helpful!
