Probably one of the most iconic stays I’ve ver experienced. I’m fairly sure they read your mind and know what you want/need before you do. Exceptional would be an understatement.

Located in a beautiful village close to Siena, the property was affordable, clean and well-located.
Free parking is available close to the property.
Good restaurants are available in the village.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
Highly recommended.
Beautiful scenery! Be sure to arrive early since roads are very dark and all nearby places close early. We had dinner nearby The Poggio Rosso at Borgo San Felice, it is definitely it is a gastronomic experience!

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was the first stop on our Honeymoon and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel and grounds are stunning. Francesco is an amazing host and has so much knowledge about good food and wine across Tuscany. Make sure you do a wine tasting with him as well as he has exceptional knowledge about not just their wines but wine in general. We were sad to leave but hope to stay there again in the future. Thank you for making the start of our trip so memorable.
We loved everything about our stay! The hotel and grounds are one of the most breathtaking and beautiful places I have ever been. It was like being in a fairytale and it exceeded all of my expectations in every way. The room was beautiful and large and we even had a balcony. The staff were exceptional in every way. It was 5 STARS at every moment of our stay. They truly catered to our every need and the restaurants were amazing and 5 stars. The pool, bar, grounds, every aspect was 5 stars!
A beautiful property with a restaurant, swimming pool and plenty of parking. All the rooms were beautifully decorated and very clean. In a beautiful area of Tuscany and just a short drive to many areas of interest for sightseeing and wine tasting. Breakfast had a wide assortment of foods and the view from the property is spectacular. Julia was very helpful and providing us with names of restaurants and wineries. She even provided directions and made reservations for us!
The staff were amazing and the location is perfect for a stay in Tuscany. You are never more than an hour drive away from all the towns (Pienza, Arezzo, Cortona, etc). The closest town of Siena is only 25 minutes away. All the staff (Carlotta and Greta especially) were friendly throughout and helped us with anything we needed. I will definitely be back.
Everything! An incredible place to stay that is also centrally located to access Siena, Florence, or the many picturesque villages scattered across Tuscany. Second time staying here (now for a total of 6 nights) and it is one of my favorite places to call “home” while in Italy. Unpretentious luxury and everything you probably imagine it to be!
Borgo San Felice is a small village.
The grounds are stunning.
The suit we had was very comfortable and charming with a lovely garden in the front.
Above all were the hard working men and women at the 2 restaurants and the hotel, who are professional and courteous
in the most welcoming way.
Bravo !
Beautiful grounds. Lovely old villas with the Old Tuscan charm that we were expecting. They are distant from one another so make sure you have a car while staying here. They gave us tips for sightseeing and visiting nearby wineries and charming old towns. We visited Castello di Brolio and Siena nearby.
The location is great for trips to Montepulciano and Siena. The accommodation is very welcoming for dogs. The pool is great and the backdrop of the hills makes it very nice to swim in. The wine on site is very good. Zane (the host) is exceptionally welcoming and made our stay very comfortable.
The wellness areas are a really nice touch, with a large pool, sauna, or jacuzzi available for you to book privately for one hour per day. The property itself is in a very cute little town about 30 minutes from Siena and has a gorgeous aspect out across vineyards and rolling fields.
Where to start? The location with great views of beautiful tuscan landscape (all the way to Siena), the facilities from the pool to the rooms, great breakfast… but especially the friendliness and the professionalism of the staff who know it’s the simple things that count the most.
Hotel employees Where absolutely outstanding. They did everything they could to make our stay unforgettable. Even our dog (30 euros extra per night) felt at home and was more then welcome. Hotel itself is beautifully located and luxurious. Fantastic atmosphere and ambiance.

The staff is absolutely wonderful. Easy parking, beautiful grounds, wonderful breakfast. Easy driving distance to Siena, lovely small villages, and wineries. About 50 minute drive to Montepulciano, which we did as a day trip. We loved it!
- view is perfect
- architecture is very beautiful
- food in the restaurants was good
- unexpected car wash during stay
- super friendly staff everywhere in the hotel, at the pool bar, in the restaurants...
It was just what I dreamed a home in Tuscany would look like. In fact, it exceeded our expectations! The gardens were beautiful. We had a very relaxing time.
The house is very spacious, and we loved the animals nerby; cows, chickens, dog...etc. Very relaxing countryside feeling but still not far from Siena. 😊
